Training Manager - Competency Development-A1EH3 Job - (Benton Harbor, MI)

Position summary: Currently, we are seeking candidates who are qualified for a Training Manager - Competency Development opening to join our Consumer and Appliance Care Operations organization. Day to Day The Training Manager will work with a wide array of departments internal and external to Whirlpool Corporation. The position supports our Field Service organization, as well as, our end consumer through the effective development and execution of training strategy in the areas of: technician onboarding, curriculum development, assessment, certification and product launch support. This position leads a multi-talented team of instructional designers, eLearning developers, technical writers and media development specialists to the successful execution and support of Whirlpool, CAC, Field Service and team goals. A successful applicant will have proven work history establishing and embedding instructional design best practices and processes, ensuring training is developed utilizing adult learning methodologies.
