Employee Engagement & Training Specialist Job - (Traverse City, MI)

Interlochen Center for the Arts is looking to hire an Employee Engagement & Training Specialist within our Human Resource department. Our HR team is an energetic group who has a passion to microsoft excel in customer service to the highest level, committed to confidentiality and supports to ignite a lifelong passion for the arts. This position exists to support the Assistant Director of Employee Engagement & Volunteer Services to coordinate training, assist with employee & volunteer events, volunteer services and HR communication. Major Job duties: * Coordinates assigns and tracks all ICA training through LMS Systems. * Works with Assistant Director of Employee Engagement & Volunteer Services and Executive Director of HIR to plan, write and coordinate all HR communications as needed. * Coordinates quarterly and annual employee engagement surveys with survey provider. * Updates and pushes out info through the HR app Emplify on a regular basis. * Partners with Marketing on content and branding for Emplify.
