Line Cook - (Bartlett, IL)

Our line cooks are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment, and customer. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen positions with more responsibility. The following duties expected of a line cook: - Station Set Up - Command of the English language Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call. - Cook - Food Prep - Able to lift at least 40 lbs - At least 2yrs background in a similar capacity. - Maintains good cleaning habits throughout the area of assignment, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. * High-school certificate or equivalent helpful, but not required. * Former culinary schooling helpful. - Able to stand for nine hours
