Shift Supervisor - Second Shift - (Huntington, WV)

Position duties Responsible for the day-to-day production activities with a primary emphasis on quality, Safety, Health, & Environmental (SH&E) compliance, and production performance. Maintain housekeeping for areas supervised. Responsible for the hourly employees on second shift. There will be fifteen employees reporting to this position. Assist with production planning activities when needed. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work background required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred 1-three years of background in the manufacturing industry; Supervisory background is required Expertise to read and interpret blueprints and schematics is strongly preferred Safety, Health, & Environmental awareness is required Strong organizational and communications skills Team member Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Ms excel Koppers Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veteran
