Production Leader - (Milwaukie, OR)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides leadership and direction to production teammates in support of team safety, quality, production and problem-solving issues while insuring that customer expectations are met. Accountability for product team performance resides with the Production Leader and s/he must accomplish team objectives through team leadership and development. Provides necessary resources to enable non-exempt teammates to effectively meet customer qualifications through production and production support equipment and processes. Reviews and manages production schedules to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output qualifications. Determines staffing needs and participates in employment, training, team player motivation, counseling and discipline of teammates supervised. In accordance with WARN's Affirmative Action Plan, hires and develops teammates who will provide high levels of performance.
