Social Media & Community Associate - (Madison, WI)
Zendesk is seeking a Social Media & Community Associate to support our social marketing and brand efforts as well as to engage with Zendesk customers and customer background professionals in on-line communities and on social channels outside of the Zendesk Help Center. The associate will help write and manage Zendesks daily posts in all major social channels, respond to inquiries and comments from the Zendesk handle, andvia his/her own social profiles (or ones set up specifically for professional purposes)participate as an ambassador of Zendesk in on-line communities and groups of customer background professionals where Zendesk customers and prospective buyers are engaged.
