BILLING SPECIALIST II Lumos Networks, Daleville, Virginia, United States of America, Lumos Networks, Waynesboro, Virginia, United States of America, South Carolina, USA Required 372 Monday, November 5, 2018 The Billing Specialist II position will be responsible for supporting the billing system(s)/business systems. This position will hold responsibilities for completing tasks for Cycle quality assurance/approval, analysis of data, system database maintenance, project management, and stakeholder inquires, using data queries, and quality assurance of completed sales contracts and pending billing orders. This position reports to the Manager of Billing Administration. It will be considered an individual contributor role and as needed, will provide support to teammates in the completion of their tasks. Responsibility to include: • Analyze, monitor and ensuring billing accuracy and revenue assurance via validation of cycles and trending analysis review of daily/weekly/monthly input/output.
