Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst for a contract to hire assignment with 1 of our premier clients in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities: Senior IT Business Systems Analysts collect and analyze details to formulate the scope and objectives of technology solutions. Provides input into cost estimations and project plans. Prepares and maintains technical documentation including flow charts, models, and procedures, user guides, scorecards and reporting to assist with the ongoing operation and maintenance of technology solutions. Analyzes business qualifications to determine technical qualifications and identifies impacted areas/systems/processes and evaluates alternative solutions. Prepares detailed system qualifications and assists in functional design solutions for new products/functionality and enhancements to existing products/functionality. Provide oversight and final review of design specification.
