Operation and maintenance of 3.3 MGD oxidation ditch secondary treatment wastewater facility including solids handling, lift stations, storm water stations, and three CSO facilities.? Certification:? Illinois Wastewater Class two required High-school degree or GED equivalent Must hold or be working toward the highest water/wastewater certification and highest water treatment certification as required by site. Certification:? Illinois Wastewater Class two required. Must demonstrate knowledge of current and pending water treatment standards, regulations and federal, state and local laws and codes. 5 to 7 years in various positions within a water/wastewater treatment environment with knowledge of methods, principles and practices of operating, maintaining and repairing water treatment plant equipment, instrumentation and associated systems.
