Entry Level Human Resources - (Detroit, MI)
Support the Human Resources Director in carrying out Human Resources functions in the facility. Coordination of employee benefits. Educates employees on company benefits and ensures enrollment is completed timely. Timely initial and on-going verification of licenses including experience, driving history, professional, and other checks as designated by state regulations. Assures necessary action taken expeditiously is policy standards are not met. Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory. Maintains general knowledge of applicable laws and regulations effecting HR functions by staying abreast of current HR principles, techniques and practices. Performs other duties as assigned.
