Learn more about this agency Responsibilities Major Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Performing a wide spectrum of duties designed to solve complex research problems in the area of fish health, utilizing methods in the disciplines of microbiology and molecular biology. * Independently selecting and carrying out measurements and analyses by applying established or modified methods by performing difficult nonstandard tests and assays. * Calibrating, maintaining, operating, and modifying complex microbiological instruments to independently perform measures, analyses, and interpretations. * Organizing experimental progress in a form suitable for oral presentation or posters for scientific meetings.
