Requirements and Skills Min one year valid drivers license-A driving background within last three years. No more than (3) moving violations is the last (4) years, no more than (5) non moving violations in the previous (2). No speeding violations of fifteen mph or more in the previous (5) years No DUI or Careless/ Reckless Convictions in the previous (5) years, no more than (1) ever.
