Farm Credit of Northwest Florida with offices in Monticello, Tallahassee, Marianna, Milton and Jay is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to service our eighteen county territory in Northwest Florida. This position will promote, originate and close quality loan volume through sales and marketing efforts of our competitive mortgage products, services and programs. This will be achieved by consulting with prospects about their current and future financing needs, collecting and reviewing supporting loan documentation and following all established company and regulatory guidelines with attention to compliance and loan quality. The perfect applicant will have 2-five years of recent mortgage industry sales background and a current NMLS License. An Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related position is preferred.
