Office Coordinator - (Helena, MT)

The mission of the Department of Agriculture (Agency) is to protect producers and consumers, and to enhance and develop agriculture and allied industries. The Agricultural Sciences Division provides agricultural, environmental and public services and protection through program administration, cooperative agreements, enforcement, regulatory and compliance services and laboratory services. https://agr.mt.gov/ This position serves as the division's receptionist and as the division's office manager to coordinate office functions and provide administrative and logistical services for the division. This position reports directly to the Agricultural Sciences Division Administrator. Below are a list of detailed duties for this position: OFFICE MANAGEMENT: * Serve as primary customer interface for the division. Coordinate and provide customer service to office staff, agency representatives, members of the public, and other visitors to ensure courteous and efficient responses to inquiries and requests for assistance.
