Job DescriptionFayetteville, NC181210-PMConstruction Project Manager- Federal ProjectsA reputable and stable general contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager with federal contracting background on military bases. Background with USACE vertical construction projects is required. The selected applicant should also have background on SABER and JOC contracts. Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect and maintain relationships with subcontractors.You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background and at least 7-ten years’ background with federal construction projects, as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor.Compensation: $100-140K/year, depending on background. You do not have to be local and relocation is available. Some travel may be required for this position. All applicants must be able to climb a ladder and/or scaffolding when necessary.
