Industrial Maintenance Manager - (Erwinville, LA)

Description ARCOSA Lightweight is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Manager for our Erwinville, LA plant. In this role you will support a positive safety culture by directing the activities and staff within a 24/7 production environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards. You will specifically manage employees in the maintenance and electrical department to support the entire plant operation. Specific areas of focus include maximizing utilization of personnel and equipment while effectively managing cost to maintain/improve site productivity. What you will do: * Comply with all company and industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations. * Oversee SAFE & MSHA compliant implementation of plant maintenance/electrical procedures * Managed activities to include but not limited to the following: parts and components management, purchasing, capital project management
