Grocery 3rd Shift Team Leader Trainee- Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor - (Ann Arbor, MI)

Currently, Meijer is looking for a Team Leader Trainee. The individual selected for this position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, leadership and customer service. The individual will provide the customer a quality shopping background through services and in-stock conditions. The Department Team Leader Trainee will deliver remarkable customer service in the department by achieving our core values through team execution; i.e. "Provide an easy shopping background for our customers in the department." Key Deliverables: * Delivering a team that consistently meets goals for productivity and customer service * Writing schedules for the department * Responsible for all selection of teammates in the department * Mentoring and coaching teammates * Ensuring training curriculum is completed and up to date for all department teammates * Collaborating with Shrink Analyst on department stockloss concerns and ensures correct mark down procedures per policies * Spending 90% of shift on sales
