HR Business Partner - District 3 and 4 - (Boise, ID)

Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is seeking a dynamic, energetic, organized, innovative, self-starter, who is driven to solve unique organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This position will be the Human Resources lead for our District three and District 4. The selected individual will report to the Human Resources Unit Supervisor located in Lewiston. As the HR Specialist Senior for this area, you will be responsible for working with each team to ensure the staff and organizational objectives are aligned. You will serve as a consultant to management on issues related to staff, and as a coach to managers and employees. You will be instrumental in championing our culture and values, and ensuring that ITD is a great place to come to work. This position will be based in our Boise, District three office which is located on Chinden Blvd.
