RN Homecare Clinical Lead (Montgomery County) - (Gaithersburg, MD)

Job details Provides, teaches, and demonstrates professional nursing activities in accordance with policies and procedures of the agency, and as defined by the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Maryland, District of Columbia or Virginia. Min Requirements Education/Training Graduation from a diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree program in Nursing; BSN preferred. Background four years RN background (ICU, CCU, Med-Surg, Oncology, Gerontology) within last five years; 1 yr Home Health nursing background desired. License/Certification/Registration Valid RN license in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia, or any combination as required based on work location(s). CPR certification required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities IV therapy skills. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of and technical skill in homecare case management and OASIS documentation. Strong management skills. Good verbal and written correspondence abilities. Basic technical skills preferred. Smart Phone background.
