Overview Element has an opportunity for a Deputy General Counsel to provide legal support and assistance as directed for Element's laboratories and business in the Americas. This role is viewed as a succession plan to the General Counsel, Americas. The perfect candidate will have strong commercial contract background with five to 8yrs of background actively practicing law, including three or more years of background with a law firm. Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate the terms of contracts with customers and suppliers including contracts based on customer templates / standard terms Support the review and negotiation of real estate leases for facilities in the Americas Provide document collection and responses to subpoenas and formal document requests
