External Position overview The student will perform a variety of duties including records/claim processing and redaction request. Able to work eight -12 hours per week. __________________________ Conducts research and resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney on a level between the attorney and the legal secretary. Engages in a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to those calling for judgment and independent initiative. Provides research and support activity and counsel and advises company personnel on routine matters. Prepares agreements, instruments, documents, and pleadings relating to litigation and nonlitigation matters. May represent the company on matters of a general nature before courts, administrative tribunals, and officers. Has completed or participated in attorney assistant or paralegal education/training. Minimum requirements High-school diploma or equivalent Preferred Requirements Student enrolled in an Associates Paralegal Program SDL2017
