Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe paralegal provides a variety of support functions to attorneys in the areas of commercial transactionsand contracts, lending and banking, and real estate and leases. Applicants will preferably have five ormore years of background working as a paralegal, closer or legal assistant in commercial transactions,banking, and/or real estate law. Job RequirementsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide support to attorney in areas of commercial transactions andcontracts, lending and banking, and real estate and leases; Prepare acquisition/disposition and financeclosing documents; Perform and request title searches and prepare title commitments and title policieswith attorney supervision; Review and analyze UCC, bankruptcy, litigation, and lien searches; Coordinaterecording and payment of documentary stamp and transfer taxes; Familiarity with and expertise to reviselending documents, loan packages
