BOS Staffing has an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to work for 1 of the most well-respected law firms in Athens. If you have an ABA Paralegal certification, a four-year degree, and background in Business and Estate Litigation, we would love to hear from you! On a typical day, you will: Draft pleadings, estate documents, probate court filings, interrogatories and responses, deeds, and other legal documents. Prepare notes and charts. File documents with the courts. Participate as the witness for estate planning documents. Perform execution of estate planning documents. Qualifications: ABA Paralegal Certification 4 Year College diploma Extremely detail oriented and deadline driven Proficiency with Microsoft office and eFiling and eDiscovery Compensation range is $40-$50k with solid benefits package.
