Pharmacy Technician Team Leader - (Greenville, MI)

Currently, Meijer is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Team Leader. This position will be targeted to high volume pharmacies to partner with the Pharmacist Team Leader in managing the non-prescription filling duties associated with the daily operations of the pharmacy business. This position is a direct supervisor of the Pharmacy Technicians in the store they are based. Key Deliverables: Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and developing of the Pharmacy Technicians in the store. Implement the processes, services and company initiatives within the Pharmacy Technician team to increase efficiency of workflow management and to drive results improving the team and customer experience. Responsible for performance and behavior accountability of Pharmacy Technicians while encouraging retention, individual and team development.
