Veterinary technician/receptionist - (Laporte, CO)

Needed immediately-part-time M,W,F all day, Tues 12-close (with some Tues mornings as needed), 2-3 Saturdays per month, 8:30-1:30 ish Prefer CVT but will consider non certified Technician with 2-three years background as technician/receptionist in veterinary clinic. Position will require restraint of large dogs, cats, some exotics, kneeling on ground, lifting. Preferred skills-expertise to read fecal samples, collect cephalic and jugular blood samples from dogs, cat. Previous background with surgical assistance and anesthetic monitoring. Job will also entail answering phones, setting up appointments, education of clients on routine preventative care, so good interpersonal communication abilities and a friendly attitude are a must.
