Crisis stabilization therapist - (Minneapolis, MN)

Job Description Washburn Center for Children has an opening for a full-time Crisis Stabilization Therapist. This position maintains a caseload of 6-10 children/students providing culturally based, individualized service to severely emotionally disturbed children and families, in their home, schools and community. Services may include assessment, crisis intervention, case management, therapy, parent education, and skills training. Purpose is to reduce the crisis, improve or maintain children and families emotional or behavioral functioning and to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement, hospitalization, risk of maltreatment, or to assist a child transitioning back to the community following a hospitalization or residential placement.
