Director, Franchise Operations - (Sandusky, OH)
Maintains effective overall management of Franchise and Resort food operations in accordance with Franchise and Cedar Fair operating procedures. Responsibilities Ensures the practice of corporate and divisional policies and procedures are in effect at all times. Achieves all financial and budgetary goals for all locations. Creates action plans for GM’s to improve/uphold all operating systems. Maintains outstanding communication with all management and staff members. Works with DO/FBL for branded concepts to maintain all standard operations and procedures as defined by Franchise agreements. Other duties may be assigned. What are we looking for? More than ten years of related background including roles as KM & GM of Full-Service Restaurants and/or Hotel Director. Multi-unit leader. Expertise to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Expertise to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
