Personal Banker - Bank Plaza - (Wheeling, WV)

SUMMARY: This position will be a proactive member of the banking center team by being an initial contact for new and existing clients. Applicant will identify and resolve complex customer service opportunities. Will support the retention and growth of profitable client relationships through sale of basic deposit and consumer loan products. Will refer complex product and financial service needs to the Relationship Manager or the Banking Center Manager. Will analyze required financial and personal data to cross sell products and services to the customer. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors. Provide sales assistance to walk-in clients. Provide basic banking sales solutions for basic deposit products and consumer loan products. Develop and maintain a high standard in customer relations and customer courtesy. PEOPLE SKILLS: Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
