Administrative Director -Human Resources - (Birmingham, AL)
Acting with a high degree of independence, to serve as a liaison for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to other senior leaders, faculty, staff and other external stakeholders. To coordinate strategic initiatives for HR and work in partnership with the CHROs Leadership Team in developing and implementing HR objectives. To represent and speak on behalf of the CHRO with the university administration at all levels. At the direction of the CHRO, responsible for strategic planning, analysis/forecasting, oversight, legal documentation, formal agreements, project administration and management, and facilities/space planning. To serve as internal leader of the CHRO administrative support staff. To prepare special reports and other documents and records for the CHRO as requested. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Public Administration or a related position and 7 (7) years of related experience. Previous project managerial background is desirable.
