Architectural Designer - Industrial Market - (Nashville, TN)

Our agile industrial team specializes in designing efficient facilities that optimize our clients bottom line. Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate projects from schematic design through construction administration. Perform work involving master planning, client presentations, programming, schematic design, design development, user-group meetings, specification, final construction documents and construction administration. Review construction submittals and contracts. Conduct code research and product research for materials to be utilized on project. Position qualifications: Associates degree in CADD drawing, prefer Bachelors degree in Architecture or equivalent. Min of six years of job related skills . Knowledge of architectural principles, practices and techniques, building materials and construction methods, codes and regulations, standard office practices and procedures. Must be able to coordinate the efforts of the production team and work efficiently with consultants and contractors.
