Program Director - (Johnstown, PA)

Program Director Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic Seeking a qualified mental health professional with at least two years of supervisory background or a professional administrator with a graduate degree in administration and two years of background. The duties shall include: direction, administration and supervision of the clinic and staff; development & implementation of policies and procedures for the operation of the clinic; staff supervision to oversee policy, procedures and training; liaison with other service systems; administrative supervision of personnel; employment, supervision, and monitoring of staff. Program Director will be based in Johnstown and oversee the primary and satellite clinics. Full time position includes health coverage, retirement, holidays, vacation, & sick days.
