The ideal and most successful applicant will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction & will effectively manage priorities, foster positive relationships with clients and find unique ways to deal with customer complaints or concerns. Your background must include time spent in a customer service representative role including daily heavy-call volume & direct communications with customers. Knowledge of Ms office with proficiency in Ms excel required. In depth background with telephony systems, reporting systems & analysis/interpretation of results are a must.
