Full-Time Member Service Representative II - (Philadelphia, PA)

American Heritage FCU, a $1.7 billion+ financial institution, has an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative II (Senior Teller)! DUTIES Provide an ultimate level of service to the members and employees of American Heritage Federal Credit Union. Perform routine member transactions, phone and mail transactions. Teller/Cash handling and Sales experience desired. Perform routine transactions on accounts, including but not limited to cash handling, check 21, shared branching, CDM's, TCR's, etc. and research member inquiries including follow up to ensure member satisfaction. Cross-Train in other facets of the credit union, including but not limited to PAT Machine, FID, etc. Professional, well-developed people skills essential for servicing Credit Union members and projecting a positive image as a representative for the Credit Union. Strong familiarity with credit union's products, services, policies and procedures.
