Inside Sales Manager Summary: Reporting to the, Vice President of Sales and Marketing the Inside Sales Manager will lead a strong and dedicated inside sales team. The successful applicant will manage an existing team of top performers and develop sales programs to exceed all revenue goals working closely with Area Managers and Business Development Representatives. Major Responsibilities Hire, coach and provide training to Inside Sales Representatives Meet and exceed baseline sales targets for self and assigned team Effectively manage sales follow up activities making sure Inside Sales Representatives are following up on all Proposed/Proposed and Sold/Proposed within 24-48 hours. Assist in conducting productive Sales Meetings and Sales Training Meetings focused on skill development and improving performance Assist Inside Sales Representatives in difficult calls, including, but not limited to, cancellations, billing inquiries
