Director of Development - (Syracuse, NY)

Director of Development Full time Director of Development is responsible for managing qualifications for grants, government funding, and contracts with managed care and other health care entities as well as developing new programs and seeking opportunities for agency growth. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Manages projects under development for the agency including new programs, grant proposals, and other community projects where the agency may be involved as a collaborator or a lead entity. Represents the agency as a liaison to new programs and projects with community partners, attending planning meetings, workgroups, and other events. In collaboration with quality assurance and IT departments, designs strategies to report data back to these community partnerships when required and organizes project management structures to enable to agency to meet its obligations under new programs. Coordinates as a lead on project management for new programs and services.
