Information: JOB DETAILS: The Clinical Nutrition Manager is responsible for the administrative and personnel functions of the Nutrition Services Department which provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients of all age groups. Manager will plan, coordinate and manage all patient nutrition care for UT Health Tyler, BHC, and Cancer Center. Serves as a nutrition resource as a vital member of the multidisciplinary health care team to implement care plans, standards of practice, policies and procedures and resource person for the hospital staff, medical staff and community. The Clinical Nutrition Manager oversees the quality improvement program and the performance improvement needs for the department. Participates in Food and Nutrition Services, Management Meetings, team meetings, patient rounds, The Clinical Nutrition Services Manager is under the direction of the Food and Nutrition Services Director.
