QC Lab Technician - (Charlotte, NC)

This role executes routine analyses, evaluates the results against specification, and records data into SAP and other databases. Performs routine calibration checks and maintains analytical systems to provide reliable data to produce and release products. Follow the AWP, and EH&S and ODMS procedures and practices. Adhere to GMP expectations and qualifications for quality control laboratory Route responses originating within the plant to the appropriate team. Timely communication quality status of materials to production and logistics teams (including reactors, bulk shipments, and packaging) Perform basic calibration checks and preventative maintenance of analytical systems as required per set frequency. Analyze samples according to Sample Plan and priority. Perform routine analyses: Chromatography, pH, viscosity, Solids Determination Use electronic tools such as SAP, Electronic Logbook, and MTL daily. Evaluate validity of data, apply basic statistics, interpret results, and take appropriate action.
