Manager, Quality Assurance - (Oklahoma City, OK)
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible to the Director of Quality to ensure compliance with Regulatory, Customer, and Company; processes, policies, procedures and industry standards, by leading the quality team in the performance of audits of the RepInstitute Station and its vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES Conduct internal Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for quality escapes, damages, or other events as directed. Develop detailed executive level reports based on findings derived from RCCA events. ChInstitute Monthly Customer Care Working Groups (CCWG) and Bi- Monthly Quality Meetings. Ensure current quality metrics are maintained and suggest improvement where applicable. Maintain the RepInstitute Station Quality Safety Management Systems (QSMS) program. Work within the Company Electronic Company Performance System (APRISe). Using APRISe or other means, track and trend non-conformances.
