Job Location: QED Systems Incorporated/3rd Party Planning Building 54 5151 Bonney Road Virginia Beach Virginia 23462 Job type: Training Systems Developer Job Status: FULL-TIME POSITION OVERVIEW: The role of the Training Systems Developer is to create and deploy multi-platform training content used by Q.E.D. employees to learn new computer skills or other job related functions. POSITION ASSIGNMENTS: Develop instructional materials (Captivate objects, PowerPoint lectures, trainees guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, tests, etc.) that transform technical details into professionally written, engaging instruction Manage attendance lists, Q&A follow ups, project evaluations, and communicating relevant details to internal stakeholders Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content including consulting with program owners and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and content qualifications
