Customer service center training specialist - (New Milford, CT)
Training Prep and Delivery Customize, assess, and deliver system software training to include teller, customer details systems, account opening, Consumer On-line Banking, Emanager, Business On-line Banking, Sales Management system, and other technical systems/programs as needed. Customize and deliver specialized CSC training programs on system process, and system access. Work collaboratively with contact center supervisory staff and management in an ongoing effort to help identify and address skills gap, training needs and development opportunities across multiple departments Deliver Customer Service training including referring prospects, relationship building, outbound calling and other techniques as needed. Assess systems prior to and during software systems training. Report errors, workflow changes, and make recommendations for ease of use to Department Manager.
