Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Food Service Worker (Cafeteria Aide) to work full time in our Dietary Department. What Role Will You Play?Food Service Workers prepare and serve meals and keep the dining area clean. A smile and a friendly attitude will help make you successful in this role as you interact with co-workers, patients and others.? Ensuring your duties are completed successfully and timely are also important in this role. What Will You Get To Do?Food Service Workers are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks: Place food on serving line on time, provide sufficient eating utensils, trays, napkins, and paper cups.? Clean work area, remove trash and wash tables. Serve meals in the cafeteria and assemble individual patient trays and galleys for delivery to the unit. Accept and reconcile deliveries and put away stock. Assist the cook in food preparation.
