Business Banker, Vice President - (Antioch, IL)

The Business Banking Relationship Manager is a position responsible for soliciting, negotiating and coordinating the closing and management of commercial loans from $250,000 to $5,000,000 In addition to developing new and existing personal & business relationships in a specific market in accordance with assigned goals, the Business Banking Relationship Manager is also responsible for working closely with credit underwriting teammates and administrative staff to ensure that all business is managed in an efficient manner and compliant with required deadlines. Generates new business banking loans according to loan policy guidelines, the bank’s risk tolerance and regulatory guidelines. Assists in development and implementation of business strategies to maintain and expand existing client relationships and growth of new relationships. Takes responsibility for implementation, execution, and achievement of team’s goals. Sets a leadership example by taking ownership and exceeding personal goals.
