Claims Recovery Specialist - (Chicago, IL)

PRG is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist We have an immediate need for a talented, self-motivated and full time Claims Specialist for our Outside Plant Damage Recovery group. A strong sense of organization, advanced writing, and exceptional communication expertise will be required due to the various responsibilities as outlined below: Recovery of repair costs on 3rd-party CATV damages across multiple states Individual will learn, understand, and be able to utilize state dig laws and statutes, 811 excavator requirements, NESC standards, CGA guidelines, etc. Develop a positive working relationship with the client, on-site field investigators, technicians, management team and other personnel Develop a solid working relationship with the clients locate company and their claims coordinators and management Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the department Learn the functionality of the companys Claims Database Tool and enter all notes and documentation within the tool throughout the recovery process
