Plant Controller - Plymouth, IN Description Overview: Responsible for the management of the plant's Controlling and Accounting functions as well as for cost reduction and process improvement. Ensures plant management is receiving timely, accurate, and useful financial reports. Ensures HRT Controller receives timely and accurate analysis on YTD and FC financial statement results. Responsibilities: Manage monthly reporting of the financial performance for the Plymouth plant to HRT Controller, HRT management, and PLT controlling. Manage the month-end SAP closing process, especially CO closing activities. Develop planning, budgeting and accounting systems to ensure accurate, rapid, and transparent reporting of the financial performance of the plant. Ensure correct accounting and internal control of the plant's assets. Ensure correct accounting treatment of plant specific transactions. Manage monthly reconciliations of all GL balances in the Sumter plant Business Area.
