We are accepting applications for an Office Manager able to work: Full-time Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Able to cover Evenings and or Weekends when needed North Shore Health & Rehab, a Columbine Health Systems facility, is located at 1365 W. 29th St., Loveland, CO and is a place that focuses on the health of our residents in mind, body, and spirit. Erica, RN Office Manager Responsible for front desk management. Answers phones/take messages (with frequent interruptions). Provides assistance to residents. Greets and directs visitors. Answers questions about the facility and services. Manages resident mail. Trains and supervises office assistants. Participates in monthly office manager meetings. Responsible for managing personal funds account. Responsible for daily deposits and month end. Filing for employees and residents.
