Insurance Claims Analyst - Business Office - (Fayetteville, AR)

JOB DETAILS Research and resolve insurance billing issues at the time of claims submission, receipt of denial or non contracted payment, and refund requests. Expected to interact daily with all stakeholders including but not limited to insurance companies, clinic and hospital personnel, and patients. Maintain knowledge of insurance(s) guidelines, policies, and procedures related to payment of claims. Will be expected to communicate this details to various areas of the organization on a requested basis. The majority of work time (up to 80%) is spent sitting with intermittent standing and walking of short distances. Work is performed in a standard office environment. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED N/A SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Great communication expertise, issue solving abilities and the expertise to operate standard office equipment.
