Project Manager - Communities and Local Governments Energy Programs - (Clifton Park, NY)

The Communities & Local Government team seeks a creative, self-motivated and experienced individual to serve as a Project Manager. The Project Manager (PM) will lead the development and implementation of a CEF initiative in which local governments participate in and promote a state-wide competition where buildings compete on the basis of energy use reduction. Managing an implementation contractor and working with local municipalities, Clean Energy Community Coordinators, and stakeholder groups, the PM must have extremely effective communication and management expertise. Additionally, the PM will manage multiple clean energy projects/contracts with local municipalities. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Soliciting/responding to stakeholder input Development of and launch of new program Oversight of implementation contractor Management of approx twenty Clean Energy Community contracts with municipalities Compliance with required internal administrative procedures (Data entry in NEIS
