HR Business Partner, Manager - (Chattanooga, TN)

Responsibilities This Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) position will partner with US Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Industrial Affairs (IA) function providing a full range of HR services to locally-based client groups. This position will be based in Chattanooga, TN and supports clients across multiple Chattanooga locations. This position reports to the Head of HR for Consumer Healthcare. The HRBP will establish solid relationships with his/her client groups and provide HR direction in the areas of talent development and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, organization design and development, policy interpretation, compensation consultation and employee engagement. As part of the US CHC Industrial Affairs HR team, the HRBP will develop and deliver solutions to support his/her client groups and collaborate, as needed, with other US and global HR teammates and Sanofi HR Centers of Ability.
