Part-Time Contracts Specialist with Security Clearance - (Aberdeen, MD)

Responsibilities: * Provide acquisition and contracts management support services to a portfolio of programs in various stages of development. * Assist in drafting Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, and associated solicitation documentation. * Provide inputs to establish program contract schedules and milestones in coordination with program leadership, the requiring activity, the Army Contracting Command (ACC), program product IPT activities * Assist with the creation of Requests for Info, Acquisition Plans, Determination and Findings, Justification and Approvals, Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work, DD-254's, as well as Service Contracts Agreements, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and funding documentation to place on contract. * Assist with the input and update on contract related items to the Procurement Planning Management Tool (PPMT).
