Position details Summary: The Abbey Resort Reservation Agents are responsible for fulfilling reservation requests based on room availability and customer preferences, handling correspondence, sending confirmation emails, verifying customer details, collecting payments, promoting hotel facilities and answering to customer inquiries. The reservation agent will have very excellent communication expertise, attention to details, accuracy, customer service orientation, and computer literacy.
